Shipping Rates and Methods

We ship via US Mail and/or UPS to ensure the best rates and delivery times. Note that fees charged includes both shipping fees and handling fees. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirming e-mail containing a tracking number.
Orders are processed the next business day after you place your order. If you request expedited shipping, you may expect delivery within 3-5 business days of your order. For standard shipping, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Products are shipped only to locations within the US. Orders outside the US are not accepted at this time.

Payment Methods
Online orders may be paid using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In-person orders placed at our warehouse may also pay by cash or check. You can also order by mail or fax and pay by check or charge by downloading and printing our PDF order form.
Return Policy
- We will gladly accept any unworn item within 30 days of receipt for exchange of style, size, or color. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shoes that have visible wear in the footbed are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her cost.
- All returns or exchanges must be in their original box and contain all original product packaging.
- All returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization which may be obtained by contacting us at sales@oldfriendfootwear.com or calling 1-800-537-4361 Pacific Time. Please provide your customer information, invoice number, date of purchase, reason for return request, and replacement item desired (if applicable). If the item was received as a gift, please include the person's name you received the gift from to enable our Returns Department to process your claim faster. We will contact you within 72 hours with a Return Authorization or, if a Return Authorization cannot be provided, with a detailed explanation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Merchandise
Worn merchandise that appears defective may be returned within 90 days of receipt for a replacement product. Once we have received said merchandise, our experts will examine the product(s) to determine whether or not a manufacturer's defect does exist. Replacement merchandise will be shipped at no cost to the customer. Reasons why defective merchandise guarantee may be voided include, but are not restricted to, the following: products used for activities they were not designed for, products used in conditions not recommended by manufacturer, excessive use, or product mistreatment.
